The list below shows some of the many evils that street children must contend with every day of their lives.

7. Drugs
8. Exploitation
9. Prostitution

11. Despair
12. Death

Against this gloomy backdrop, the street children live in constant prey to violent criminal activities, shameful abuse by adults, wilful and enforced prostitution and drugs.

Often alone, street children are without hope of a future. However, as they come into contact with ASYM they are given the opportunity to experience the sweetness of some of God’s blessings.
